Hell if we got a 1st and 3rd for him I'd vote for Obama in 2012.

Alright alright, keep your freaking politics out of this.

Back to the subject, I was thinking that the only way I'd be on board with drafting Bradford would be if we get a first-rounder for Campbell....or MAYBE a second-rounder.

Still, if we draft Bradford without Campbell in the roster, we would probably need to find a veteran QB, and I know the there are slim pickings out there. But I wonder how would a Marc Bulger look here in Washington?

Or perhaps Brett Favre will decide... just kidding

I'd really prefer it if campbell stayed in Washington - everyone seems to either want him out, or to just use him as a stopgap until shanny's "quarterback of the future." I know he's had his shots, but what if JC just has a monster year in 2010? Is it that implausible that he could do well in shanny's offense?

I digress...Regardless of whether he plays for one year or more, I think he's too valuable to the redskins to give up right now, especially with the dearth of veteran QBs around that you mentioned. He's the only semblance of a leader we have on this offense, and I think that's overlooked a lot.

No way we get a 1st and 3rd for Campbell. It just won't happen. Plus we should keep him anyway because Bradford will be a rookie.

This talk of contract tender has nothing to do with trade value. If this report is right, we are not trading JC for a 1 and a 3. We are simply offering a contract at that level. Then, if we want to trade him, we can trade him for whatever we want.
