My bank will not give people loans for property in New York City. That's like throwing money strait down the toilet. I get their calls every once in awhile. They drop NYC like it's supposed to impress the bumkins. You should hear them when I tell them, "Sorry, - - -Mortgage isn't going to give you a loan in NEW YORK CITY" New York, Hawaii, and California might as well be ocean liners with three fish in em each.
