Make Campbell a white guy and I'm pretty sure he wouldn't get so much sympathy. I'm just saying. This shouldn't be a race issue, it's a skill issue. Unfortunately for him, he wasn't drafted there so there is no loyalty and very little patience. He just lacks the skills to be an above average QB, if your team isn't full of Pro Bowlers that are the best at their position and can win on their own, they just need a guy to say "Hike" then he's not your guy.

Look it, i'm not saying its outwardly about race.
But just take an honest look at the trends......it could simply be an abberation but it would appear that blacks have a shorter leash then non-black.
