The only issue I have with Shanahan is his love for players who work hard. Look I have nothing but respect for a guy like Lorenzo Alexander, but he is not the guy you put on the field when the game is on the line.

Philip Buchanon also brought a little bit of the Detroit secondary over to the Redskins and with any luck changes will be made this week.
