He needs to be fired too. I understand that they can't just get a whole new staff in-season, but they'd probably be better off just keeping Wade and firing everyone in January.

Jerry has a weird crush on Garrett though. This is not really surprising.
Yeah but Garrett ain't the golden child like he was two or three years ago. He's just another coordinator now, and barring the Cowboys running the table from here on out, I don't see the Cowboys or any other NFL team pinning their hopes to Garrett.
