The reason I mentioned the word "project" is because throwing a pass with ill-advise lower half technique is a time learning concept than say, a shoulder throwing technique. Meaning that the upper body motion is easier to correct with practice. Which in itself is less cumbersome.

If I had to go by his Senior Bowl performance, which is the only time I actually have seen him play, I would take Locker in a lower round IF I wanted to take him. Yes, Locker needs much polish indeed.
