I'm almost willing to guarantee that nobody will even pay him those types of figures after this point. Not after his act here in DC. I think the next contract he gets is going to be heavily incentive laden.

He'll likely get out of here and get either a fat contract from a coach/team that had a positive experience with him and chalk up his poor attitude/performance to the regime change/3-4 in DC. Or, as you mentioned, get a 1 yr. incentive deal, play well and get another fat payday next off-season.
