Just seems to me the more ripped a dude is, the more likely he'll tear a muscle, achillies etc. some of these guys seem maxed out to me.
The only time that would be the case is if a player spends all of his time building certain muscle groups without putting equal time in building those antagonist muscles for support. For example, if a person spends all of his time on his quads, and no time on his hamstring muscles, it's going increase injury to those weaker hamstrings.
