8th Circuit Rules That Lockout is Legal
Starting a new lockout thread with this news.
Some say this is signficant because it gives the owners more ammo. Others say this ruling was expected and as far as both sides have gotten in negotiations, the owners won't use this as major leverage. Next few days are going to be huge
