It just goes to show Zorn's ineptitude overall as a professional head coach. This is no fault of his own but Cerrato who brought in someone who could be easily influenced by money and advancement and not someone who is a qualified professional and thus has to walk on eggshells around the boss.

I totally agree. If JZ was really confident in his skills he would have resigned when VC told him they were taking away the playcalling.
