Seriously. Some EMT probably snapped that picture on his/her cell phone and sold it to E or TMZ or whomever. Lame.

This falls in line with those disturbing, released, 911, recordings.

In my opinion, he's one of the greatest artists of all time. And, having studied a lot of the information in the cases brought against him he's innocent of the charges. He did a lot of good things for kids and greedy parents tried to extort him and play on his naivete for their own gain. I don't think Jackson always made smart decisions, but I don't think he did the things he was accused of.

Regardless, this isn't about past court cases. I hope he gets better soon, but he always one of those guys you thought might just go young.

can you elaborate on what you studied that made you so sure he was innocent? I was under the assumption he was guilty as are million and millions of other people. On the way to work the radio station i was listening to had people calling in saying screw that child molester, why we talking about him?,and no one stood up for him.
Whether he was guilty or not the dude was a freak, big time. But,anybody that gets that famous probably has no chance of not becoming a freak, just a sad story.
He's probably out of his misery now,he wasnt just the worlds most famous person,he was known as the worlds most famous child molester,I would not want to live like that

I'm sorry, I couldn't read all the other posts after I read that. So this may have been explained already, if so, I offer my sincere apologies! However, Michael Jackson's PENIS was CORRECTLY identified by a child. Remember the whole "poka-dotted" penis thing? Due to the fact that his bleaching of skin (don't care if he called it a "condition", he was trying to be white...don't forget he said he never had plastic surgery!) his penis was left with black spots on it. A child (I think several, but I do not recall) correctly identified it. Meaning, there is NO WAY ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH he was innocent. How can you possibly think he was innocent when a child correctly identified his penis?????

Whether you like him or not, Michael Jackson was an amazingly talented musician/songwriter/choreographer/videographer/humanitarian. As others have pointed out, looking back over the last 60 years of music, you have the Beatles, Elvis, and Michael Jackson (Someone on the radio last night threw out the name Frank Sinatra, which I won't argue with). No one else comes comparably close in terms of music icons or legends.

100% agree. The man was certainly an amazing entertainer.
However, molesting children will certainly tarnish his legacy, and should not be elevated to such lofty heights do to that.
Was OJ one of the best RB's of all time...absolutely. But it's very rare to hear him in such a discussion. And IMO, what Jackson did was worse! You don't molest little kids...I can somewhat "comprehend" getting amazingly jealous and killing your ex wife out of jealousy and rage (note that I certainly do not agree with it, just it can be comprehended), but I can not under any circumstances what-so-ever comprehend molesting innocent little children. Why people believe his innocence is beyond me...he lied to us several times over his life most notably the comments that he never had plastic surgery. HAHAHA...he didn't even care that the lie was so blatent that everyone would laugh their asses off. He was a great entertainer, and I'll certainly give him credit for that, but it's a shame such great talent was stuffed into such a crazy person.

As others have posted, people will have whatever opinion they want about his troubles despite him never actually being found guilty of anything except for being more odd than most celebrities, but as an artist he was not only one of the most talented artist's ever, he was also one of the most influential. Hopefully he can finally RIP.

Sorry man, when you SETTLE out of court on something you supposedly didn't do...not once, but several times, you are guilty as sin. Just cause you are not found guilty in the US court system, does not make you innocent. If he were innocent, he would not have settled and he would have used the court system to clear his name.

Yesterday my post was a gut reaction to his death as a child molester. If in fact he was innocent (which I think we will never know the truth) then God rest his soul. For me its a mixed bag of emotions because I to was a fan of his until that stuff came out about him and those kids.

Yes, good post. That's a massive "IF", but I 100% agree. If innocent, I will certainly change my tune.

As you have iterated, it does allow in the light of serious doubt to your claims of innocence when you spend ....some millions to have it....go away......

Interesting comments by Lisa Marie:
A candid Lisa Marie Presley is writing about the death of her former husband, music legend Michael Jackson, who she says once questioned her about the circumstances surrounding the death of her iconic father, Elvis Presley. Lisa Marie also defends her former marriage to Jackson, and likens his passing to that of her father's.

Lisa Marie recalls her conversation with Michael on her MySpace.com blog, writing:

"At some point he paused, he stared at me very intensely and he stated with an almost calm certainty, 'I am afraid that I am going to end up like him, the way he did.' I promptly tried to deter him from the idea, at which point he just shrugged his shoulders and nodded almost matter of fact as if to let me know, he knew what he knew and that was kind of that."

Does this make anyone think Jackson wanted to go out like that? Maybe this was a suicide made to look accidental? We all know Jackson was kooky enough to try seemingly anything. Think of the extra stardom...look at all the singing icons of the past that had millions of records sold after their deaths. Nirvana (Colbain), Tu Pac, Elvis, Selena...the list is huge.

DISCLAIMER!

OK here comes a tasteless joke...those with no sick sense of humor should not read beyond this point.

I got these jokes in a text and it made me laugh, so for all those that are not Michael Jackson lovers...here goes:

(this one made me laugh out loud)
"Due to the fact that Michael Jackson is 99% plastic, he will be melted down into lego blocks so that little boys can play with him for a change."

Here's the other, not as funny, but still a little funny and more tasteless:
"Farrah Fawcett arrived at Heaven and God granted her 1 wish. She wished for all the children to be safe. So God killed Michael Jackson."

Some will take offense to these, I hope if you read them you have not taken offense...those that disliked MJ because of his lewd acts are probably laughing, and they were for you. RIP Farrah.
