Then pop it in a 450 degree over for 3-4 more minutes. The grill/pan will sear it and the dry heat in the overn will finish it evenly and leave it moist. This is the way to do it if you want to cook a steak like a genuine $100 steak house. They always sear and finish in oven. FRPLG 09-14-2010, 04:52 PM precisely.
