This is the best post in the thread. Moss does not need to clear waivers, he is a FA.
I want him...sign him. Redskins 1 should be on it's way to Minnesota as we speak. All these years complaining about how we don't have a tall deep threat can be put to rest. At a minimum it should open up the passing game to the other guys on the roster and put Santana in the slot where he belongs.

pretty sure he still has to clear waivers. At least, every major news site is reporting he does.

If Randy Moss can play center or guard I'm all for it. Granted this team could use any up-grade available at the w/r position, but a quiter I don't think so. We don't need more drama, we do need someone who can block for the qb.

Since it's after the trade deadline, he is on the waiver wire. If it was before the trade deadline, you would be correct.

Not according to the link I so read please enlighten me. I am a sponge for knowlege. When I am wrong I like to know why. Not sarcasm.

Yeah it's buried in all the verbiage. So it's easy to miss

Well in another case of JLC vs the league:
JLC (http://twitter.com/#!/JasonLaCanfora) says Moss "NOT NOT NOT" on the waiver wire.
NFL.com transactions (http://www.nfl.com/transactions) list Moss as cut.
as always, I am rooting against JLC's version.
