If I could say, it's not as much "seeing your side", as it is the extremeness of your points of view. Certainly you are entitled to your opinion, and to express it here, but if you are going to proclaim loudly that we have all the talent and coaching to go 14-2, and then turn around and proclaim that the season is lost and throw the bums out, then you have to understand that you are going to get called on that.
SS pointed out the irony that you had us losing to Tennessee at the beginning of the season, but now that they got RM, and we have to play them, that means we are going to lose to them.
Also, it's not like you said, I think we will go 14-2, in a prediction thread, and just threw it out there. You defended it in several long, and cogent, posts. That just makes everyone so much more aware of the dichotomy of you going to such a negative stance.

I have TO, Chad Ochocinco, Dez Bryant, R. Moss and possibly V Jackson(a stretch). Who else?

Maybe it will dawn on your immense "knowledge" that the distribution element of the means of production is the larger problem here. It doesn't matter if you have the sexiest mailbox ever if the poor postman is always shot before he can come to your door.

I think he was speaking of current superstar quality WR's. Seems like the very best ones are Divas was the point. The guys you listed are some of the best of the best.
Monk was able to play at a HOF level and still do it with class. There are no Monks out there.

Exactly! Look at the class of receivers today, Moss, T.O., Vincent Jackson, Santonio Holmes, Donte' Stallworth, and the list goes on. I guess I got spoiled watching receivers like Monk, Rice, Sterling Sharpe, Chris Carter, James Lofton, etc. Those receivers played the game with class.

There are more good top WRs (meaning good people) than not. Even TO and Ochocinco aren't really bad humans. Yes they can grate on you, but neither has ever had any real issues outside if football that break the law or damage the integrity of the shield

Well said and good point Smoot. I don't think anyone actually hates these guys personally tho. At least I hope not. Personally I'm a big TO fan. I like his antics. But Monk was special and it would be nice to have a player like him in todays game.
I guess it's just the times we live in. Seems there is no loyalty anymore but that even goes beyond players anymore. This part of the game has passed me up I guess.
