Again, why would they be offering 50K for testimony in a criminal trial? Her lawyer would be District Attorney in this matter. This isn't a civil case. If anything, the guy is being paid by Haynesworth's camp to make up some bullshit. Theres no real damages, she wasnt injured, probably didnt go to counseling for any claimed emotional distress . . .she could win on a civil suit and get a few k at most unless there is some kind of punitive (to punish the conduct) damage claim. She gets an award for compensation of her injuries, which aint much. How much does a woman get for a one second titty grab? i say a few thousands.
