I noticed a couple mock drafts this past week, out of the top 5 at least
Some have him out of the top 10. But he's definitely the first tackle off the board.

Why do you feel that way? Seems to me that he is the best t in the draft.
I think unless the Eagles trade up to him at 4, he could go as low as 7 to the Jags
As for running backs, been hearing several names including Miller, Polk, and James. But lately Turbin a lot

The Shanahans listed a Franchise QB and playmakers as their top two needs in the draft. I think we got at least one playmaker in FA (Garcon) but I doubt that we're done looking for explosive playmakers to complement RGIII. The logical position for this team to add an explosive playmaker is at RB, a so-called 3rd Down Back.
With that in mind, it would not surprise me if our 3rd round pick is either Miller or James. Both are that type of player. Miller adds KR ability and James is a threat as a PR.
I could imagine the Skins taking Turbin in the 4th Round. He is a tough runner with some shake and he seems to have the natural hands to be an excellent receiver. He looks like he could help us on the goal line, as well. I have to admit that I've only seen a few highlights of Turbin but he doesn't look to be in the same mould as Miller and James.
As for Polk, I don't like him very much as a prospect, for a number of reasons.

does this mean a certain someone is back from 'vacation'?
Turbin would be a beast in this scheme.

I just think that we have a big play WR in Garcon, a big play TE in Davis and that it would be more difficult for defenses to handle our offense if we had a home run threat coming out of the backfield, as well.

He and Helu could do some serious damage.
