Does anyone still have that friend where if Player _________ is on a new team the only way they could have gotten there is with a trade?

I realize I'm older then alot of the other members here but Matty makes a great point .Growing up my family was friends with a few players and their family's and we would go to dinner from time to time as families do ,they were young as were my parents ,pizza and a pitcher(or three) of beer was never blinked at by anyone even during the season .This didn't make them alcoholics or drunks just as a small amount of grass at home should not be a problem .(or brand them drug addicts)
