His experience at what exactly???

Thompson's been in the league for a whole season already and is entering his second training camp, plus you have to think he was already ahead of where Seastrunk is now when the former came into the league due to a more Redskins-similar scheme at FSU as compared to Baylor.

We shouldnt worry about DY, sounds like he is recognized as a baller by staff. I wouldnt mind us developing a lil depth behind him. Fullback is such a physical position.

He also barely played in the regular season. His "experience" has nothing to do with anything this point. Also, nothing about him says he is ahead of Seastrunk was at this point last year because he was hurt for the majority of the off-season.

I really don't care to argue this, but I am bored, so...

I would argue that practicing with and just being around NFL players, being coached by NFL coaches, being in the Redskins weight room, and the game experience he got, even if it was only 8 games(if you count the preseason), does actually give him an experience advantage.

And to my second point, the blocking scheme and running game Thompson ran in at FSU is more similar to our offense's than Baylor's is, so I think my assumption was a safe one. I'm sure you've heard Seastrunk characterized as "raw"?

To be fair every rookie has a degree of "raw" in them. I dont care to argue it either but I am saying there really isn't much experience factor between Seastrunk and Thompson.

Has anyone who put in lottery request for training camp heard yet if they got in?

:(
Left tackle Trent Williams rolled his ankle and missed a couple of plays while getting it taped, then came back to action.
