C-Mart should definitely go to the hall. But it is a popularity contest, and totally subjective -- so he may not get the credit he deserves (like many others I'm sure)

Monk was just passed by Isaac Bruce for 10th all time in receiving yards. That means that only 10 people have more career receiving yards than Monk -- in the entire history of professional football! How can you argue that a guy who is the 11th best receiver ever (based on yardage) is not good enough? You can't.

If I were Monk, and got accepted to the hall I would boycott. But, I would wait to be on stage giving my acceptance speech when I would express my feelings. It would be on camera and much more dramatic.
