Quinn wont start. Frye will start, he's the better of the 2 eligible for starting, but Quinn will be thrust in if they dont win at least 3 of their first 5. Bank on that.

I'd agree with this assessment. It doesn't really matter who starts, that team is going to be better in the second half than the first.
