Well, Sean Involuntarily broke his contract and no one is to blame, so it seems to me like the league could rule that his contract no longer exists and therefore there would be no penalty going forward. I guess I view it all from a fairness issue and allowing the Skins the cap room for the future just seems to be the fair thing to do. But what do I know!
