There is something about Newton that just makes me think he would not fit well in our scheme. WalterFootball might have explained it best but I would have said he just doesn't look to have enough patients to wait for a play to develope before deciding to run. It's one thing to scramble to get away from pressure or scramble to get to a better position to throw the ball but Newton looks (to me) like he would rather run the ball like Mike Vick in his early years.

Problem solve! All we have to do is draft him, get him hooked on illegal dog fighting, hold onto him until after he gets out of jail, and, SUPER BOWL! BOOK IT!!
