Clip 1. the slot wr runs a post, he has a safety over the top and the defender underneath went to the outside wr when he cut inside leaving the number 2 wr open. you see the corner pointing to the outside wr when he cut and the defender picked him up underneath leaving the slot open on the post with the safety behind him over the top

Clip 3 vs the gmen. when he shows where the first down line is look at the number 3 wr in the slot to the bottom of the screen. Thats as open as you are going to get. if the ball is out its a completion. the safety is over the top of the wr. underneath the defender again goes to the wr coming on a short cross from the top of the screen.

There's no point in talking to dbuch. He's incapable of admitting when he is wrong, making him a poor conversant.

take off the JC glasses and watch the wr's. clip1 the slot wr on the post is open when he cuts and the defender goes to the outside wr in the shallow cross. bottom of the screen. i guess ill point it out and make it easy for you. look when the corner is pointing to the wr so the defender picks him up as the corner continues to cover deep

Pay attention! It has already happened. GTripp's analysis of the clips was far superior to yours. You've ALREADY been demonstrated as mistaken. The only thing missing is a self-critical ability on your part.
Besides, your analysis diverges from Wilcots's analysis, despite the fact that you have already described Wilcots's presentation as proof. Therefore either you or Wilcots is mistaken and it doesn't matter who. You have produced mistaken statements either way, although you continue to disclaim responsibility for them.
A real man is capable of admitting when he is wrong. Again, the only thing missing is a self-critical ability on your part.
I stand by these comments because I have video and video is proof. :)

This looks terrible because Wilcots puts a #2 on Thrash before the play. But wait, Thrash was running a clear out, he doesn't even look back at the quarterback. That's not a read in the progression, he's supposed to take the safety out the play. That's his job.
When attacking a Cover 2 look thats what you look for, the corner release when the safety is moving over the top. thats when the window opens during that transition.
This is a designed play called by Zorn that the Giants sniffed out. ALL THREE DEEP RECEIVERS ARE ON CLEARS, AND ALL THREE ARE PROPERLY COVERED
One on one coverage. sorry man but this is the NFL, you arent going to have WIDE open wr's very often.
On this play you (and Wilcotts) are asking Campbell to make a 30 yard throw, from the opposite hash, to the sideline, with a safety in cover two with no mid field threat. 2 things would have happened, the ball would have been intercepted or James Thrash would have retired that Monday because his body would have been broken in half by the safety.

Ths first clip wasnt a cover 2 boys and girls. the corner keeps dropping back. LOOK AT THE VID. he points while he continues to drop back in deep coverage to the wr that cuts underneath on the cross. meanwhile the defender picks him up as the slot runs the post. he is OPEN with the safety over the top.

clip 1.if you stop it and look at it the slot wr. his defender is 10 yds off and keeps that cushion as the wr starts his route.
