Heyer InjuredSkins4Eva 08-04-2009, 01:00 PM Training Camp Practice Report: Aug. 4 (http://www.redskins.com/gen/articles/Training_Camp_Practice_Report__Aug__4_45389.jsp) This is NOT good! GMScud 08-04-2009, 01:03 PM Doesn't sound too bad right now. No news about getting carted off or anything. All it says is he "may have hurt his knee." I'm not going to worry until there's a reason to worry. SmootSmack 08-04-2009, 01:09 PM Let's not rush to judgment yet. MRI could show nothing huntz 08-04-2009, 01:11 PM O-line can't afford this. Have to hope it's nothing major. SmootSmack 08-04-2009, 01:13 PM If it is serious, I wonder if they'll start giving Bridges reps exclusively at T and put Lorenzo Alexander back on offense GMScud 08-04-2009, 01:16 PM If it is serious, I wonder if they'll start giving Bridges reps exclusively at T and put Lorenzo Alexander back on offense Definitely possible given how deep the D-line is now. This got me thinking - with so many of our O-lineman north of 30/coming off surgery, if (when) injuries do occur, what kind of FAs are out there currently? I don't have a list, but I'd love to see one. Anyone? GMScud 08-04-2009, 01:18 PM Walking gingerly, but looks like it's not serious: Redskins Insider - Heyer Gingerly Leaves the Field (Updated) (http://voices.washingtonpost.com/redskinsinsider/jason-reid/heyer-gingerly-leaves-the-fiel.html) rbanerjee23 08-04-2009, 01:23 PM Training Camp Practice Report: Aug. 4 (http://www.redskins.com/gen/articles/Training_Camp_Practice_Report__Aug__4_45389.jsp) This is NOT good! ahhhh....im so scared. not. relax, its a bruised knee redsk1 08-04-2009, 01:41 PM I'm not one to rush to a judgement but at the same time I'm getting a little concerned w/ our oline right now. There are going to be injuries throughout the year. The problem is our starting unit is not looking too good per reports. Now, we should have a real good D line, but guess what? NY, Phili, and Dal do too. Our starters are getting it handed to them. What happens when we have some backups in there? A little concerned... sandtrapjack 08-04-2009, 01:45 PM Wait for the MRI just to be sure. The Eagles lost Bradley for the season Sunday for a torn ACL and he left the field on his own two feet too. |
