We want Mr. Snyder and Mr. Cerrato to relinquish total control of the organization and hire a General Manager. We want a strong leader as coach and we want him to have full control. Furthermore, we want the coach to be given a chance to build a team -- he must be honored the full length of his contract. We regret the way Marty Schottenheimer was treated, and we do not believe any respectable coach can be expected to produce results under similar conditions.

We want Mr. Snyder and Mr. Cerrato to hire a front office in charge of personnel decisions. Mr. Snyder and Mr. Cerrato should not be involved in such decisions.

We want Management to take a back seat to the individuals they hire to run the team. The organization should hire quality individuals and then trust them to be autonomous.

We want a commitment to building the less glamorous parts of the team, starting with the offensive line. We understand that flashy skill position players sell tickets, but we maintain that winning games will sell more.

We want a public acknowledgment from Mr. Snyder and Mr. Cerrato that the current course is unacceptable.

This won't come true if you have ignorant fans who want freaking Tim Tebow.

But if fans are sufficiently frustrated to want to get his attention for any reason, think about hitting him in the ego in addition to hitting him in the wallet. It's easier - - and it might be more fun.

Hey, if you guys want to wear bags, you just gotta fold them up and put them in your pocket when you enter the stadium. Also, be prepared to be kicked out once you begin wearing them. But, if that happens, make the biggest scene possible! :)

Makes me think of a funny thought I had before:
Wear a replica referee's uniform to the game and bring a lot of yellow penalty flags with a little sand in them. Then, at some point during the game -- like when Hall whiffed or we got the safety -- start throwing them out onto the field like a madman. Also, and this is really important, make sure you get hammered beforehand. Let me know how it goes!
