Kemo's flexible enough if healthy, but probably won't be asked to do it. Montgomery, probably not, I'd say.

Kope 03-18-2010, 03:27 PM Are Kemo or Montgomery flexible enough to play DE in the 3 - 4? I was wondering if we could have a front 3 of Godzilla, Montgomery and Kemo on running downs. That would be disgusting... Dont forget about Golsten and Daniels, both of them play the run better than Monty. For some reason I think Golsten is going to do really well at end in 3-4 ish defense. LB is the only real issue I see. The Goat 03-18-2010, 09:12 PM I doubt Monty plays much and won't be surprised if he's not on the team for the whole season. He really needs to step up to last... Well other than Kemo and Haynesworth, do we have any other DTs? If not then I'm sure he'll stick around. SmootSmack 03-18-2010, 10:19 PM A couple of teams have asked about Monty, so far we've said no SmootSmack 03-18-2010, 10:20 PM And we have Golston, and Daniels will slide inside on occasion Ruhskins 03-18-2010, 10:25 PM A couple of teams have asked about Monty, so far we've said no Any idea on what they've been willing to give up for Monty? Although, after Kemo, isn't Monty the only other player that has the ideal physique for a NT? tryfuhl 03-19-2010, 07:36 AM A couple of teams have asked about Monty, so far we've said no any decent offers or do we just plan to straight up keep him? SmootSmack 03-19-2010, 07:51 AM I don't know what the offers have been. The Rams and I think Bengals (?) were interested tryfuhl 03-19-2010, 08:04 AM Alright thanks. |
