I don't know what the offers have been. The Rams and I think Bengals (?) were interested
Then maybe the Redskins will, come draft day, trade monty and other players and picks to St. Louis, maybe for Carriker, or maybe for their first, but something is up thats for sure.

Ehh he was just replying to a question asked of him, didn't mention that it was likely, just that he'd do what they told him to.

Lol, sorry I just wanted to say that and the Chris Horton revelation seemed like the perfect time.

I used to advocate this idea a while ago.. Horton plays like a LB when he's close to the line, and not to mention he has enough speed.. I really do think this would be good idea, given our safety depth with Landry, Moore and Doughty.. We would simply be putting all of our best players on field if we move Horton to LB..
Horton would need to add some serious beef to play LB, he's listed at 6-1, 211

Bowen is 6'1" and 222. Not that I think he's a starter-quality LB.
I think Horton could to it if absolutely necessary, but I hope it doesn't come to that. I'd prefer to have someone comfortable with playing LB at the spot.
He would have to beef up, I do agree about that, but there are plenty of LBs around that size. Just spot-checking a few other teams' rosters, the Cards have a few LBs in the 230 range...almost the Falcons entire LB crew is 220/230 range, Ravens have a LB at 225, Bills have a lot in the 220-230 range, even one at 219.
We seem to have much larger LBs than most teams weight-wise, which is surprising with short LBs like Fletcher and Blades.
Horton has a lot of talent, I think he could do it.

He better put on 20 pounds or more, then.

Is that a comparison or a typo?
