I use GameFly on and off, it's pretty good. Popular new releases can be tough to get though.

The multiplayer is cool, but nothing remarkable. But back to the single player, I had my jaw drop a few times and I almost dropped my controller a couple times as well from getting freaked out. Playing this game with turtle beaches or something similar adds a whole different creepiness factor to the table as you hear every little whisper and claw dragging around.
