They still have Matt Forte as well. It's not like they abcolutely needed another back. They need Oline. Matty is right, that was one of thier weaknesses last year.

Yeah that worked out great for them last year. Can't wait to see Cutler taking those 7 step drops under Martz, he's gonna get killed. freddyg12 03-05-2010, 02:40 PM The Bears are giving an impression of desperation. I know how it feels now to be a fan of a team that (knock on wood) is quiet in free agency while watching others chase the big names. Nice to be on the other side (so far, we've still got plenty of time for danny to sign some checks). BigHairedAristocrat 03-05-2010, 02:41 PM The Bears are giving an impression of desperation. Vinny Cerratto is that you? over the mountain 03-05-2010, 02:44 PM They still have Matt Forte as well. It's not like they abcolutely needed another back. They need Oline. Matty is right, that was one of thier weaknesses last year. i can not understand forte's drop in production this past year. i get that he greatly overperformed his rookie year for what was expected but when i watched him his rookie yer he was solid, consistent and really seemed like he would continue to grow. then he hit that sophmore slump. CRedskinsRule 03-05-2010, 02:57 PM you dont need a good offensive line if you have great skill position players. Was Vinny spotted in Chicago? SirClintonPortis 03-05-2010, 03:04 PM you dont need a good offensive line if you have great skill position players. It would be Dallas and Pittsburgh in the Super Bowl every other year. Minnesota and New York go when those two don't. Offensive line Offensive line Offensive line Ruhskins 03-05-2010, 03:31 PM Wow, the Bears have truly become the Redskins. - Giving up draft picks for players CHECK - Completely disregarding the offensive line CHECK - Making a splash in free agency on skill positions players CHECK - Signing a marquee free agent CHECK - Coach is already on the hot seat and the season hasn't started CHECK Good luck Chicago. |
