Good job sticking with it. Most people don't.

I have not started it yet. Will once I get over these stupid, nagging injuries. :D

(not homo) Have any before/after pictures? Blur your face if you want.

What's the difference between Power 90, Masters 90, and P90X?

Another question- to do the P90X in your home, what kind of equipment do you need to buy?

I wouldn't mind giving myself a new challenge with workouts, but I love my current routine(s), and it works great for me. But I'm always up for something new.

I think Power 90 would not be much of a challenge for you. They are all degrees of difficult, I say P90x, is your speed.

Power 90 (http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/power90.do) = good for beginners for a tune up before doing the X

Power 90 Masters (http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/power_90_master_series.do) = intermediate, or for maintenance after the X

P90X (http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/best_sellers/p90x.do?tnt=P90X_SHAKE_A1&code=P90XDOTCOM) = "extreme" home fitness training

As for equipment all you need is a few sets of dumbells, or the adjustable ones. A mat for yoga, pull-up bar for the X, and that's about it.

I've tried copying the discs so my wife could take them on the road, but for some reason they never work, not sure if it's my burner or what.
