Well with the VCU run in the CAA tourney and then the VCU run in the NCAA tourney and plus a bachelor party filled with strippers/struppeds, my workout schedule has been a little erratic.
Once i hit 235 i modified my bench press grip because i saw some stuff on the ole 'net about shoulder issues with higher weight. Of course once i modified my grip i got a little weaker (expected) and my right shoulder started acting up (not expected), so now im taking today off, just gonna do p90x this week and then returning to a regular schedule next week. Ive been able to hold onto the 235 bench press but i havent gone up. I think I should be able to return to my normal workout schedule next week so hopefully ill start making gains again. Any grip suggestions would be great.
Also a guy I work with told me about chia (like the pet) seeds. His son is a vegan and eats them. Apparently they are one of the rare complete non-meat proteins.
Also I went to a girls going away party yesterday and her friends got her a male stripper (I never saw him and went with most of the other dudes to the basement to play pool or darts). So were talking to the strippers pimp (I guess that what you call him) and he said I definitely got the body to be a stripper (I know, sounds a little gay). Plus from the bachelor party this weekend I was talking to the groups consensus hottest stripper (female) at Derriere’s (definitely a hot stripper, but Derriere’s was the shittiest out of the 3 we went to). Now shes calling and texing me, shes from woodbridge and shes gonna be in DC next weekend………. At first I thought I was totally sweet, but now Im just really scared and hope she doesn’t try and contact me again ESPICIALLY if im drunk at the time….. Either way both things make me want to continue working out, even though its getting nice outside.
