And possibly seven new starters on defense. I like the Hightower signing btw. He could be a good addition on 3rd down providing he can catch...we know he can block.
My guess is that you've captured Shanny's idea. I don't think Hightower is here to send Helu to the bench. Instead, he's here for insurance should Helu struggle learning pass protection.

If Hightower makes the team I'll give him a video.

Anytime you get younger, and swap out a guy who might not have made the team anyway that is a win in my book.

I don't think we will be able to carry 4 on roster, so I would have to guess that Royster will end up on practice squad.
This doesn't look good for Royster to make the team. I like the whole getting younger thing, but not at this position.

Lose an expendable old guy, while adding depth and youth. I certainly cant thumbs down this one...
Thinking we might be focused on running the ball all day long...
if he comes out of camp uninjured, hightower will be the starting qb week 1.
THAT is humor! At least I......hope it is
Welcome to the WP
Nice move, he's pretty versatile. I could see him being primarily the 3rd down guy.
It was kinda hard to see Holiday even making the team.

118 catches in 3 seasons.

I see this as trading haynesworth for Hightower. Very good move
