Considering Shanahan officially gave up on the 2012 in the post game preset by saying he's looking to 2013 and using the rest of this season to "evaluate players," I think you have to fire him. You can't have a head coach publically announce he's giving up on the season half way through the year

Anyone have a cap space estimate, will the cap number go up or down at all?

Dorsey has a good chance of being released from the chiefs. Another possible free agent. Though he is being released cause of injury concerns and the chiefs drafted him to play in a 4-3 but he is playing in a 3-4. They don't feel that is his best fit and would rather let him go

jake long ot 28 dolphins-- may not be a perfect fit for a zbs, but he's the best lt in the league right now. May be franchised.

I think he got released because he is terrible. I heard them breaking him down statistically on sirius nfl and it wasnt pretty.
