Isn't it a moot point considering we are at the cap, and have a 18 mil cap charge against us from capgate?

I doubt we'll be spending much.

somewhere between none and much, i'm fairly certain we'll be signing a free agent. cult went through the trouble of researching and studying in advance, but you're free to cram when the exam approaches.

-18 million in cap space again will prevent us from filling huge needs.

Thats what we said last year, and we ended up with Garcon, Morgan, Merriweather, Madieu Williams, Cedric Griffin, Tanard Jackson, Hightower, Grossman, Rackers and we still hadn't signed RG3 the rest of our rookies, and cundiff. So yes, we can still get a good FA or two. And like I said, this thread will be around all year, whether we win out or lose.

I think we might be able to sign more FA prospects than we think despite cap limitations. Players may want to come to our team now that we have shown we are close to being very competitive. With RG3, we'll have our highlights / primetime games on ESPN, and so they could advertising money in a big market in addition to salary. Also, we could backload the contracts to pay them big in their second year.

Also, we get Chase Minifield and Tanard Jackson back next year. Both have big question marks but also some promise.

Whats our #1 priority in the offseason? We have alot of needs and limited cap space.

If we were only concerned about winning in 2013, i think its got to be the secondary. We wont be any better than we are this year if our defense can't stop opposing quarterbacks from throwing touchdown passes. However, if we're looking at the bigger picture, i'd say we've got to overhaul the offensive line. RG3 will not survive if we dont give him better protection.

Safety/Secondary to me. OLine, as bad as it is seems to be hanging on.
