VTSkins1961 12-07-2014, 05:06 PM coach is pathetic - can't win with any qb's. need to build o-line around williams, entire coaching staff, go back to 4-3 - draft ol,dl,db, s . free agents - ol, s cb, lb, front office, clean house, starting with Allen, get a coach who is willing to adapt his playbook to fit the players he has until he has the personal he needs to run it. At this point Morris as the interim hc, can't do any worse players - cut - older players - make a youth movement, lets see what we have/don't have..... and start purging them in the offseason | |
