My glass is half full today.
Wasn't perfect but I'm proud of the team. We fought hard. We look like a playoff team or something very close. Just gotta keep grinding and improving. We're on the right track.
Now to the refs - what a complete clown show out there. Head missiles and blatant facemasks go uncalled but somehow they're all over the ticky tack 5 yard penalties like a librarian chasing down an overdue book. Not to mention the Bengals are the dirtiest team in the league. Only Fisher's filthy Rams come close. One point the penalties were 10-2 against us. Total joke - refs should be ashamed.

Glad you had a good time! My wife and I were wondering: were they giving out Bengals gear? It seemed like a TON of Bengals fans weirdly enough.
They put bengals flags on every single seat of the stadium, and shot bengals t-shirts in the stands during the game.
I'm also guessing people without a favorite team yet would buy gear from the "home" team at the stadium nfl shop or one of the stadium gameday gear shops.

Yop, I'm watching the game so I'll find them precisely but I can remember at least two more late hits or hits on a defenseless receiver that weren't called...

Cutting a good kicker for missing a FG? Seriously? I'm so glad people aren't coaching or GM of this team. I certainly believe that a team should have accountability, but you don't cut or even bench a guy for one mistake on the field. Hell, it's taken Matt Jones this long before I called for his benching.(and not even cutting)
This team showed it isn't bad, but it's also shown it can't suffer many mistakes and still win.
We wouldn't have a team left by week 3 if the fans made personnel decisions.

I'm so confident we make the playoffs I'd be willing to bet on it. Numbers don't lie and we are owning our opponents weekly. Eventually the ball goes our way and it will later on.

In many ways, I feel similar, OK. I think the bye couldn't have come at the right time. Work out some kinks, as someone else stated, and go from there once we return from the bye.
I'm feeling rather good about us participating in postseason play.

Thought it was highly entertaining to see the most popular jerseys overseas.
I believe number one was Brady.
"Hmmm, NFL jerseys. He's good. I should buy it." LOL.
Yeah, OBJ too. Guess news that he is a Giant D-Bag hasn't made it overseas yet.

Was just looking up Lanier - not much on the guy. Small school prospect, college free agent. The only actual site saying anything about him said: good intangibles (leader, hard working, good motor); good athlete but too lean - would need to bulk up to stick around. Anthony Lanier - NFL Draft 2016 Player Scouting Reports and Ratings and Fantasy Football Reports for Washington Redskins Rookies - SMSG News Agency (http://seventhmillenniumsportsgear.com/dc2016draft/2016-RFA-Anthony_Lanier-DE.php)
His combine height weight are listed as 6' 6" / 260 Anthony Lanier | Washington Redskins (http://www.ourlads.com/nfldepthcharts/player/27647/)
Skins list him at 6' 6" / 282 Redskins.com | Players (http://www.redskins.com/team/roster.html)
Just FYI.
Who knows, sounds like a Scott McCloughan kind of guy.
