Have wanted Fitz back this whole time. Kyle Allen is an absolute non factor. Heineke has been awful but Id rather see passionate awful than just awful which is what Allen gives you. Fitz will take time to get back even when he is back, and is not good enough to outweigh this staff. I don’t know if anyone is. But none of our coaches seem to move our players to a better place. He's also overthinking and wants to play the hero all the time, and ends up committing dumb mistakes. A good coach can fix all of that. It isn’t like TH hasn’t shown he can make good throws or good decisions. They gotta correct that. A good coach can do it. Not saying TH can become Aaron Rodgers, but they should be able to teach him or calm him down. It isn’t like he hasn’t played without mistakes before. We have seen it. It is like he is getting worse.
