Into the Wild, when he realizes he made a mistake and there's no turning back
Can't say I cried any tears during that movie, but only because I have read the book roughly ten times (literally), and, as is so frequently the case with a book you really love, a movie based on it doesn't quite measure up.
One of the best movies I've ever seen. I couldn't stop thinking about it for weeks (if not months) afterward. And each time I thought about it my reaction to the movie was more intense. The way it end just haunts you, probably the most powerful ending to a movie ever (near the top is The Ice Storm)

I shed some tears when Fiona's father croaked in Shrek 2 (or was it 3?)

I cried out in pain when I was forced to watch twilight. That was abysmal.

I see. So they are preserving the bridge for the allies. I would have blown it up and saved my fighters.
I'm surprised 70. Seems like a liberal thing to do. :)

I had a co-worker tell me the other day how good that movie was. After reading the comments here, I'm going to have to see it asap.

I'm surprised nobody mentioned this yet, but it's the ultimate tear jerker for any man who ever played catch with his father (which is most men in America)...
Field of Dreams
Probably cried harder at that movie than any other in my life. And a classic movie too, by the way.
Just watched the last half of it on "retroplex" on Comcast. It's been a good 10 years since I watched that movie. And yeah, I cried.
