Toy Story when Buzz Lightyear realizes he's just a toy
that's hilarious when he jumps from the top of the stairs and breaks his arm one of the funniest parts of a disney movie along with when mufasa dies

Toy Story II when the teenage girl puts her favorite cowboy doll in the card board box, and the doll is all happy thinking that the girl is going to take the doll on some kind of play adventure. But in reality the girl just gives the doll up because she's just all grown up now. Holy crap, my eyes are starting to "sweat" now.
My dog Skip. When the boy goes away to college, and Skip being no longer a young vibrant dog tries to get on the boys bed to lay down. Another must see family movie.

I'm surprised nobody mentioned this yet, but it's the ultimate tear jerker for any man who ever played catch with his father (which is most men in America)...
Field of Dreams
Probably cried harder at that movie than any other in my life. And a classic movie too, by the way.

That's also pretty funny only for 2 reasons:
1. The entire time the girl cowboy has a crazy smile on her face.
2. They just left it like that. Who abandons a doll? Or did they donate it?

Life is Beautiful, if you can get through that one with no tears I'm impressed.
