Saving Private Ryan, when Tom Hanks is dying on the bridge and tells Matt Damon to "earn this, earn it." Makes me think about living my life the best I can to honor the sacrifice.

Yeah that movie has it's share of gut wrenching moments.

Dancer in the Dark is probably the saddest movie I've ever seen.

Bryan's Song.

And Slingblade. The part where he's talking about his baby brother that they buried in the shed where they kept him tied up or whatever. "Little Feller".

Never cried over a movie but considered it during Pay It Forward when the doctor tells Helen Hunt that her son died.

My wife brings that one home not really knowing what it's about, just thinking it's a funny dog movie (keep in mind in Nov '07 we had to put my Siberian Husky to sleep at almost 15 yrs. old).....needless to say I didn't watch the end of the movie. I also let my wife know how much I appreciated her movie choice :spank:

100% agree...was not ready for them to actually show marley closing her eyes at the end after being put down. I have such a high love for dogs that I was teary eyed, and wanted to burn the movie.
