A guy that might be a good steal is LeFavre from Central Michigan. One hell of an athlete, great arm, etc. He is the Matt Ryan, Flacco type, in that he is totally under the radar. The big named QB's are not the ones to draft. The only ones to have panned out in the last decade are Eli and Palmer, and it took Palmer forever to get healthy or stay healthy. McCoy plays at a powerhouse, so does Bradford. They do not see real evenly matched competiton unless they play each other, Tex Tech, or Nebraska. On top of that Bradford has a glass shoulder.
I don't know that you call injuring a shoulder and then re-aggravating it as a "glass" bodypart, but I guess they think enough of it to encourage him to go ahead and get paid.

Trade JC for a 7th rounder. Cut Collins. Give Vinny a new pair of cement shoes. Bring in a Vet and rebuild the Oline with our picks. Vick anyone?

I agree with that. Gruden seemed to focus on very fixable aspects of JCs game, such as planting his feet before a throw and keeping his eyes downfield.
every analyst this year has said that

So P. Rivers or Big Ben havn't panned out? Palmer isn't better than any of those two. Idk what you are watching but Rivers is a top 5 QB.

I like the Jackson choice because he comes from a WC offense in Minnesota and he is mobile. He also is young but has some starts under his belt.
Matt Moore can not beat out Jake Delhomme enough said.
Jackson did some some good stuff earlier in the year.. last year he was what we think of JaMarcus this year

Guys JC is 28 yrs old, if you think one guy will change this guy's mechanics you are high! I just dont understand why JC continues to look the same every year and you guys always defend him?

Let Colt Brennan, Chase Daniels, Andre Woodson and an affordable relatively young FA veteran battle it out next summer. Yes, bring Chase back. I am not saying Chase is the answer, but I like him. If we get a diamond in rough out of this group great, but we should not invest heavily in an expensive FA Qb or spend a valuable draft pick on a QB with all the other needs we have. Rebuilding the O-line might take a couple of years.

In an uncapped year Kellen Clemens would not be an unrestricted free agent

People shouldn't read too much into Moore not starting over Delhomme. Delhomme is a veteran with a massive contract, but that doesn't mean Moore can't play. More importantly he probably wouldn't cost too much (well maybe a 5th rounder which for us might be too much). I'm not advocating him, just saying he's a possibility

In the past when I've brought up Tarvaris Jackson, the reaction has been less than encouraging...so I think I'll stop bringing him up

If Shanahan is our guy, Matt Leinart will absolutely be on our radar. If it's Gruden, I don't see it happening

SEC QB don't want no corn eating midwest NFL busts at QB or West coast NFL busts.

You can't pick QBs based on whether you like them or not. JEEZ!!!
