Who do you want to start at QB?

Have they announced the starter for the ravens game? I heard both will play with the firsts, any idea how that is going to be structured?

Grossman to start, both will see action with the starters.

Grossman looks to make big plays and it's exciting to watch him play. He's started only about 30 games in his career so all this "We know what we get from Rex," is really just an ignorant statement. You let Grossman play and you'll win. Beck doesn't have a tenth of the moxie that Grossman brings to the quarterback position. Open up your eyes because some Redskins fans want to see a winning product.

Why has he only started 30 games?

Time will tell the reasons for that.

If this team wins it wont hinge with the QB play. To be able to win, we gotta run the ball very effectively and play solid defense. I think our QB play can assist with winning, but whats will hurt us more will be bad QB play i.e. bad turnovers

I'd say because the Bears had an awful offensive coaching staff before Martz got there.

Thats a little much.

Yeah Grossman I would say is the better QB NOW. Shanny is hedging Beck has the best and higher upside to lead the offense. We will see, I think the overall feeling is why the hell not give Becks the opportunity. Everyone knows what your gonna get with Grossman: questionable decision making in pivitol situations. Rex's got the arm and ok accurancy, if Rex decision making was better on the field, there would not be a competition at this point and he would be the starter. I dont think the risk is that high with this team as we rebuild.

That's why I prefer Beck. We know all what Grossman can offer and we know that he's not an all-pro QB. On top of that, it isn't as though we're contenders right now (or anywhere close) so there's really no interest in having a mediocre quarterback. If it turns out, as is likely, that Beck isn't fit to hold Grossman's jock strap, then we win 4 games this year instead of 6. But maybe he'll surprise us and we'll find out QB of the future.
