This. Public outcry can play a huge part if the outcry is large enough.

He lost the support of his teammates too.

The cynical side of me is sure someone will have him on a roster next year. Ravens will have to eat 9-10 million dollars of Cap space next year.

They should have did this back when they saw the video months ago. They are only doing it due to the public backlash of seeing it. His wife's story didn't jive with that she instigated it.
