Merged: The Movies Thread

Anybody hear anything about "Eagle Eye?" It looks like my type of movie, i.e. lots of explosions! Seriously, anyone know if it's supposed to be good?

sometimes i see the trailer, and it looks awesome. then other times i think its a dud. im waiting for the day the earth stood still. always one i my all timers. then again, im an old fart:)

I saw Burn After Reading on Friday and walked away very dissappointed. But now, the more I think about the better it seems. I think I'll have to rent it or something in a few months before I can really say it was a huge waste of time, but as for now I wouldn't recommend it to most people.

me too. Which theater do you guys go to, Manor or Penn? Penn has some new projectors that really make a difference.

never been to Penn. im around centerville, so it takes about 10 minutes to get to manor

Saw Eagle Eye. I thought it was pretty decent. Nothing special, just a decent action flick at a time where not much else is good at the theater.

just watched a screener of righteous kill with pacino and deniro,awesome movie, i loved it.
