I was reading this article and I think we should definitely take a look at this guy, who could compete for the #5 WR. If we signed him we could release Willams who isn't going to be ready until 4-6 wks and give us another available roster spot to sign a vet OL.

I think he's already been waived

Getting hurt is a blow to Mike Williams. He needs time on the field as much as anyone.

Is this what everybody was talking about in terms of accuracy with the QBs and Campbell not hitting any? If it is then it's even less an issue than I thought, only a couple throws and you can be enough on target and not get it in that pocket, plus it's not even a game simulated drill, no O-Line, timing, etc.

Allison was more of a kickoff returner. Don't know who was ahead of him, but he's only returned 9 punts and his average was 6.4, while ARE's is 6.5. I don't know how much of an upgrade it is. Maybe it makes Rock more expendable so Dorsey or Alridge could make the team and return punts.

Its not time to panic Redskin fans. The coaches are just being carefull with our players to make sure we dont have any serious injuries. Our vets are just getting rest so some of the Rookies and younger guys can get some reps. This is a long season so no need to push our proven players who we all know will be starting this season. Lets hope we don't have any training camp or preseason, season injuires to our players. We can't afford to lose any of our starting O-Lineman to injury this year. But of course this is football so our backups have to be ready to step in and dont miss a beat.
