I DVR'd The Killing and The Borgias. Looking forward to catching both

I really liked it too. It's almost like a mystery novel. There were a few plot holes here and there and I hope they create some more tension but overall I think it has a really good tone and story (then again there was a massive thunder storm outside as I was watching last night so that probably helped).

AMC is really bringing it with their shows!


I know I was watching it my basement with my surrond sound took me a bit to realize it was not the show but outside making the thunder.

The show remind me of Heavy Rain the video game. I seriously could have kept watching it for another few hours if it when on.

I used to be a big fan but yeah, I think it's past it's peak. The fact that it's been bumped back to 10:00 this year can't be a good sign for it either.

Yeah it sucks Mad Men won't be back until 2012, but starting this summer you can stream old episodes on NetFlix!

Yeah cool, I'm planning on diving in once it's available. It's one of those shows I missed out on but definitely want to see.

Not to take anything away from AMC, especially after watching The Killing (twice), but this is why you need HBO in 10 days time:

Now they just need to pay the MadMen folks.I guess you didn't hear but they did get a deal worked out with Matthew Weiner and AMC worked out a new deal. The show is going to run for three more seasons and he'll be the showrunner for at least the next two with an option for the third. The only thing that sucks is that because it took so long to work everything out season 5 won't air until March 2012.
