The last two episodes have ended on crazy notes and I can't wait for next week's episode. I definitely understand why they felt confident announcing the second season after the first episode.

I've read the books three times while waiting on the latest. Most of the time you feel a bit disappointed with the tv or movie adaptation, but overall, I'm really liking the series. If you're not familiar with the storyline let me assure you the best is yet to come. Can't wait... I've been trying my best to stay away from the forums because I know a lot of people have read the books. I really dig how each character gets revealed as the show progresses. SmootSmack 06-02-2011, 04:51 PM Cant believe they cancelled the Event,i thought it was a great show. Also cancelled Outsourced which I thought was pretty good also I think I heard this morning SyFy is picking up The Event and will be airing it as a mini-series htownskinfan 06-02-2011, 10:25 PM I think I heard this morning SyFy is picking up The Event and will be airing it as a mini-series great, thanks Dirtbag59 06-02-2011, 10:30 PM I'm watching the Office. Because when I was board in my hotel room on my last trip to DC it was the only thing on and since then I've gotten hooked after years of thinking it was stupid. Either way if you're going to start watching a show the best time is after it has a handful of seasons under its belt. SmootSmack 06-02-2011, 10:46 PM great, thanks Here's an update. I think the "at this time" part is key, meaning they probably are in discussions. Both NBC and SyFy being owned by NBCUniversal certainly helps 'The Event' Heading to Syfy? (http://www.aoltv.com/2011/06/01/the-event-heading-to-syfy/) SmootSmack 06-22-2011, 03:28 PM DIRECTV: Football Cops The Show (http://www.directv.com/footballcops/default.html) mredskins 06-22-2011, 03:49 PM Falling Skies is suppose to be pretty good on TNT. Ruhskins 06-22-2011, 03:56 PM I agree. I've read the books three times while waiting on the latest. Most of the time you feel a bit disappointed with the tv or movie adaptation, but overall, I'm really liking the series. If you're not familiar with the storyline let me assure you the best is yet to come. I am enjoying Game of Thrones. I wonder how long the series will go? I typically try to read books after seeing the movies or show so I am not disappointed. Look forward to the next season. I'm also looking forward to the season premiere of True Blood this Sunday :) mredskins 07-08-2011, 09:10 AM Started watching Friday Night Lights, I think I am at S1 E12. Such good stuff I love it. the first four seasons are on Netflix Streaming for those who have it. |
