David DeCastro would be a nice addition to the OL if the Redskins trade down.
And with the 6th pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, the redskins select...........Pages :

SFREDSKIN 01-02-2012, 11:45 PM David DeCastro would be a nice addition to the OL if the Redskins trade down. SBXVII 01-03-2012, 12:00 AM Why do so many people keep saying this? It is ridiculous. Tannehill is not worth a top 10 pick. Not even a first round pick. But that is not to say he won't be drafted in the first round, he just shouldn't be. He is more of a project than RG3 and less accurate and a lower ceiling. If, IF, we target him I am sure Shanny will have enough sense to trade down and get a few more picks. He basically said what he "thought" would happen not what he wanted to happen. Just about everyone here would love for the Skins to take Luck or RGIII, but most of with any common sense can figure that the Colts will take Luck and RGIII will probably go to the Rams, Browns, or Bucks. So, when you see fans listing any of the other QB's besides Jones it's because they are figuring maybe the top 3 or 4 teams could take a QB and that leaves slim picking for the Skins and instead of going another year with out a QB they are saying we need to take whatever the next available QB is at #6, whoever they are. NC_Skins 01-03-2012, 12:03 AM While there is a 99.99999 percent chance that the Colts take Luck, with a new FO, who knows what will happen. I think either Luck (or RGIII) will be drafted by the Colts regardless of who the GM is. I'm quite positive Polian would have made the smart business decision and draft a QB just like he did in 1998. I think they could have Peyton and Luck there for one year, or part ways with him if it came down to that. They really wouldn't be able to trade him with the cap implications so the choices would be they cut him or keep him. skinsfaninok 01-03-2012, 12:07 AM Luck is the perfect match for our offense FML but I guess he fits ev system Paintrain 01-03-2012, 12:08 AM The wildcard in this whole thing is Luck's leverage. Will anyone be surprised if in the weeks leading up to the draft his camp makes it known he doesn't want to be a Colt and backup Manning, that he wants to start right away? I predicted in another thread that he will use that leverage and end up with the Redskins but it will be very expensive. The Redskins cannot afford to 'hope' that Jones, Tannehill or Foles somehow overcomes their obvious flaws and becomes an elite prospect over the next few months and justify spending a first round pick on them. There were 3 first round QB a couple of weeks ago, now there are two. More than any other team in the NFL, we must come away from the draft with one of them. SFREDSKIN 01-03-2012, 12:09 AM There's Andrew Luck and then the rest, I'm sorry but RGIII could not carry his jock. Luck is a ****ing stud ready for the NFL. What??? I can see the Browns taking RGIII (but QB isn't even in their top 3 needs) the Rams & Bucs, each of whom have drafted a 1st round QB in the past 3 years are now going to want RGIII also? If that's the case (which it won't be) that's great for us because then a young QB will be easily available for us! Gtothearry 01-03-2012, 12:33 AM Blackmon just announced he is entering the draft. skinsfaninok 01-03-2012, 12:37 AM Blackmon just announced he is entering the draft. U blame em? I think he did a while back to but still he dominates every team that has played OSU Dirtbag59 01-03-2012, 12:39 AM XGI8N2pLFiQ |
