He really didn't say too much other than he his emotions were, but nothing of substance in regards to the investigation.

Jerry Sandusky: 'I didn't go around seeking out every young person for sexual needs that I've helped' - NY Daily News (http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/college/jerry-sandusky-i-seeking-young-person-sexual-helped-article-1.977730)
This guy has a idiot for a lawyer which if fitting I suppose. A part of the interview that was cut out, but can be found in the transcript.
But while Costas's interview was forceful and compelling, the full transcript of what Sandusky said wasn't aired until it appeared Tuesday morning on "Today."
At one point, about seven minutes into the interview and after Costas asked Sandusky about the 40-count indictment he faces for sexually abusing boys over a 15-year period, and Sandusky replies that he is innocent of those charges, Costas asks Sandusky if he fits the classic MO of a pedophile.
Sandusky's reply at the 19:01:01:00 mark of the interview is perhaps the most damning of the entire session:
"Well -- you might think that," Sandusky said. "I don't know. (LAUGHS) In terms of -- my relationship with so many, many young people. I would -- I would guess that there are many young people who would come forward. Many more young people who would come forward and say that my methods and -- and what I had done for them made a very positive impact on their life. And I didn't go around seeking out every young person for sexual needs that I've helped. There are many that I didn't have -- I hardly had any contact with who I have helped in many, many ways."

I didn't see the interview but my friend described it in one word on his facebook status... Creepy.
I saw it on tv while I was at the gym, and I felt creeped out, like they considered it standard practice to interview pedophiles on tv. I watched this one Onion clip where they did an interview with a pedophile, and I thought it was pretty funny. But when I watched this interview with what I feel pretty confidently was an actual pedophile, I was just straight creeped out.
@NC: I completely agree about the lawyer. If I were his lawyer, I'd be advising going underground Saddam style until the trial starts, and instead this f'n creepy pedophile is out there actually trying to act like it's normal for him to do interviews. And his answers felt so forced! Ugh. The less I see of Sandusky until this trial is over the better.

I thought it was weird enough that his lawyer allowed Costas to interview Sandusky. Even more odd that his laywer was the one who suggested the interview

Bizarre to say the least.
Kudos to Costas, I thought he did a great job with the interview.

Abuse victim claims Penn State pedophilia predates Sandusky, current scandal by decades - NY Daily News (http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/abuse-victim-claims-penn-state-pedophilia-predates-sandusky-current-scandal-decades-article-1.978374?localLinksEnabled=false)
Who knows if this was covered up by anyone at Penn State, it says there were also 2 other men involved. Also perhaps Gary Schultz was involved in dismissing the claim back in 2001?
And i know im speculating but its hard not to on this type of stuff. Espicially when there has been such a large coverup in a small college town and tons of rumors. It also seems like child preditors often are part of larger groups or networks.

Wow. If this guy has actual tapes, then some of those admins need to be serving jail time and lots of it. The sad part of this story is (besides the rape itself)
The professor is a well-known expert of child development, and has received acclaim for his work with autistic children.

That doesn't help McQueary's case that he tried to stop the rape and that he did contact law enforcement unless he's counting contacting law enforcement as 7 years later.
McQueary’s Revelations
When McQueary met with investigators last year, he immediately told them that he had witnessed Sandusky raping the boy in the showers on a Friday night in 2002 and then had gone home and talked to his father about what he should do. Together, they decided he needed to tell Paterno. Before becoming a graduate assistant, McQueary had played for Paterno. The coach was a mentor, and a friend.
According to court records, McQueary was never questioned by the police after reporting the alleged assault. But in an email obtained by the Associated Press, McQueary says he stopped the assault and then discussed it with the police.
So which version is true? The one where he runs home to Dad or the one where he stops the rape and then talked about it with law enforcement?
McQueary emails he stopped rape and told police but grand jury report doesn't mention it | The Republic (http://www.therepublic.com/view/story/FBC-PENNSTATE-GRANDJURY_6594853/FBC-PENNSTATE-GRANDJURY_6594853/)
On Wednesday, both university police and State College police said they never received a report of sexual assault from McQueary. And the Patriot-News newspaper of Harrisburg reported that a handwritten statement McQueary gave to police during the grand jury investigation did not mention taking action to stop the alleged rape or contacting police.
