PM appears to be throwing pretty well from that vid, granted its a pretty limited look but still, I don't see a noodle arm there at all.

Agreed, seems like the reports of him not being strong and whatnot were exaggerated.

Now that the video of PM is out do you think the trade for picks will go through by Monday the latest?.

I would imagine it will take longer now for a trade to go through, teams in the running will want to wait and see how FA shakes out.

If MIA gets Manning and CLE gets Flynn, why would we want to trade the farm for RG3 at 2?

Or if we get Manning etc.

I'm going to be furious if we have to give up a major pick for something that happened 5 years ago with a guy who isn't here.

That pick Could hurt us in terms of getting Griffin.

Calm down Francis, not gonna happen.

Incorrect. Locker was thought, by analysts and commentators, to be #1 pick in the 2010 draft before deciding to stay in school. By the 2011 draft his stock had fallen due to a bad completion percentage and some game film (like Nebraska). The Newton vs. Gabbert did go on....but Cam was a much better prospect (albeit with an appreciable amount of red flags).

You're right, they thought Locker would be number one due to the injury history of Sam Bradford.

Nothing wrong with being blunt. I just have to watch what I say. Don't want to go too far, say something out of line and get put in the joint.

This could really spark a good debate. I still think the NFL is just trying to weed out the redskins talent. It's high time we call them out. They should be stoned!

You know I watch Brandon Weeden, Kirk Cousins, Tannehill, etc and I think okay well maybe there isn't such a big difference between them and Griffin. Then I go back and watch Griffin and I realize that it's not even close.

I mean Cousins is fun to watch because he's mostly working under center with a lot of two tight end sets and single back formations and you feel like you're seeing what he'll look like t the next level.

You watch Weeden and you see a lot of nice intermediate throws and some good stuff deep.

You watch Tannehill and you feel comfortable with how far he's progressed in such a short period of time, in a pro style offense no less.

However you go back to Griffin and you see him constantly under attack. Running for his life half the time and you realize that thats what it's going to be like in the NFL for any of these QB's. I'm watching Brandon Weeden and I see him standing tall in the pocket for 5 or 6 seconds easy. Cousins has a few of those games to, as does Tannehill but from what I see few of them were pressured more then Griffin.

Then theres the deep ball and you see the ease in which he throws it and how he gets on target where only his reciever can get it and you realize that you're trying to compare a luxury high end car to an economy car. I mean not only does he avoid pressure and buy time but by buying that time he gives the recievers time to get open down field.

I'm sorry I want to believe that the drop off from Griffin to the other three guys we're looking as is minimal, I really want to believe but the fact is it's not. Griffin made more big plays while under pressure then any of the other guys did in the videos I've watched on them.

I hope we've already made a plan to have him at Redskins Park at 8 AM on the 9th. It only takes one team to check his health and sign him and then he's off the market.
